What to do outside... so many laws...

i need hobbies, ones that'll take me away from my screens, so going outside seems like a good idea... however the Netherlands is flat and it has too many rules, i live on de edge of a forest where it is illegal to leave the path. bushcraft is impossible because gathering materials in nature is considered poaching here. it's almost exclusively pine and beech trees without lower branches, so climbing trees isn't an option either...

i want to spend time in nature but i have walked the same paths dozens of times and they are getting boring which isn't motivating.

i have tried bringing my camera but the forest has little undergrowth and just some straight trees makes for boring pictures. no wildlife anywhere either as they don't have places to hide...

i have started a garden, but we are having a drought here which killed most of my plants and i can't sow anything new at the moment.
