Polaris RZR Fail

PLEASE SHARE:

We had an awful experience with Polaris. A brand that trusted disappointingly won't stand behind their product.

Background: We purchased our new Polaris RZR in April 2018. Out of the 9 months that we owned the toy, it has been in the shop for 4.5 months.

Following Items have been repaired on a 2018 Polaris RZR:

  • Seat base broke
  • Belt
  • Front axle came out (both sides)
  • Turbo inner cooler (2x)
  • Head gasket and bolts
  • Engine blown & Rebuilt (2x)
  • Knock Sensor
  • Drive Clutch
  • Secondary Clutch parts
  • Detonation Sensor

What is most frustrating is that we invested in a new product, mainly so we didn't have to deal with any repairs. We understand that things will break, but how does a new product have all of the above issues especially a broken engine?

The worst part of all of this is that Polaris is not representing their brand well. They refuse to allow us to exchange this poorly built product. So far the only offer they've given us a $2000 trade-in, to purchase a new unit. I already purchased a new unit in 2018, which hasn’t worked. So stand behind your brand and please give us a working product.
