Great Hiking/Photography Spots Between St. George and Kanab, Utah? Looking for Under-the-Radar Favorites As Much As Iconic Destinations.

I'm flying into St. George next week and have a day to explore with a friend before I need to be in Kanab. I'm looking for recommendations on great photography/hiking locations. Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs, and Zion are all within driving distance, but I don't want to try to pack too much into one day. I think two parks should be doable, as long as the hikes are fairly short (90 minutes or less). I'd love to get some locals' opinions. What spot do you think is criminally underlooked and why? What's the one spot I absolutely must see? Thanks for your help!
