Knife sharpening

Okay guys so I need help with this or tips. I’ve been sharpening my knives with the smiths tri hone sharpening system. Well I can get my knives really sharp. I just can’t get them razor sharp and I don’t understand why. I want them hair shaving sharp so any advise tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
