Hello there. I used to own a pair of relatively cheap and light Columbia outdoors/trail running shoes, but I made the mistake of wearing them to work. They now have a hole in the top, where the mesh is.
This time I want to buy a good pair of outdoor boots that will last. I plan to use them for general outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. Preferably high cut so they protect the ankles and the area above, and relatively lightweight. The price is flexible, but preferably cheaper rather than professional 300 dollar boots. I only go hiking 2-3 times a year, and the same with outdoor camping.
Thank you for your time!
