Just launched by upstart Peak Knife Company, the Colorado 14ers Chef’s Knife sports some noteworthy construction along its spine.
Rocky Mountain faithful will recognize the undulating peaks and valleys as “Colorado’s most famous” 14ers, according to Peak Knife.
In fact, the 8-inch blade highlights eight Colorado 14ers. From tip to bolster, the knife showcases the profile, name, and height of Princeton, Pikes, Maroon Bells, Bierstadt, Evans, Grays, Torreys, and Longs.
German 1.4116 steel makes up the blade — the same steel used in Swiss Army knives. We haven’t tried it, but we sure dig the look. Check out more or buy one now for $49 here.
