First time going to Utah

Hey all, girlfriend and I are headed to Utah for four days. We are staying in La Verkin. We are going to admire your amazing hikes and views. In addition, are there any hidden gems or unique pieces you recommend? Maybe your favorite food suggestions in the area? Anything helps.
