Not sure if this is the place to ask this question?
I'm looking for an activity that the whole family can take part to keep up our fitness.
We currently do as a family disc golf and orienteering.
I really like how doing either of these activities can be done at any pace you feel comfortable and for the most part you don't realise you're doing exercise.
What other outdoor activities would you suggest to try?
