Did my first solo hike Sunday (15-16 miles) since my hiking buddy (my brother) moved out of state. After a couple hours of getting used to being by myself in the wilderness of Kentucky, it was truly a profound experience. I can't wait to do it again, as soon as the blisters on my feet heal.
