Question: Is it safe to use expired mosquito spray?

I’m sorry if this doesn’t fit here. I can’t think of any other subreddit that would have an answer for this.

So I used expired mosquito spray, the Coleman brand. I didn’t even realize my mistake until after I had put it on. If it was just a couple years old, I wouldn’t be concerned, but this particular spray from is from our camping gear from over a decade ago. It smelled fine when I first put it on, but now it kind of has a cold spaghettios smell to it. It’s also sitting on top of my skin. It’s mostly dry, but it feels like I put sticky oil all over my skin. Am I going to get like some kind of messed up all-over rash from this? For what it’s worth, I am aware that I am a dumbass lol.
